Several things -

SCANZ 2015 reminder
This is just a reminder that the first call for projects for SCANZ 2015:water*peace is due on November 8, 2013. This date allows for longer term planning and further calls will be made.

Events include joining Parihaka celebrations on the 18th and 19th January 2015; a two week residency period; a public activity day about water and peace; night time projections on buildings; temporary works in public space; and a two day symposium that includes a one day walking symposium. As SCANZ is funded by Creative New Zealand Toi Aotearoa, it meets PBRF standards for research. More information is at: http://www.intercreate.org/2013/09/water-peace-call/

World Water Day Symposium 2014
Also, World Water Day Symposium 2014 projects are being finalised and a team from Cairns is seeking voices close to the heart of indigenous water rights and marine conservation issues. Intercreate has been approached to help locate people who might like to collaborate on a project. The Symposium will be held online in 12 nodes over 5 continents from 17th to 22nd March 2014. Transdisciplinary Imaging Conference
The Third Transdisciplinary Imaging Conference at the intersections of art, science and culture seeks papers that explore the theme of the cloud and molecular aesthetics. Abstracts are due December 14th 2013. See http://blogs.unsw.edu.au/tiic/
