[Ada_list] please don't send removal requests to the list!!

please don't send removal requests to the list address! it just means
that the rest of us who want to be on the list feel swamped by your
removal requests & we are not the list admins so cannot do anything
about your request.

i think, but someone else should confirm it, that you just need to send
a message to
Ada_list-request@list.waikato.ac.nz with the word "remove" in the
subject line (or "unsubscribe"?)
